Next, you can choose a blank page or a ready-made template.
Enter the page name and click Create.
If you select a page template, it will already include relevant stages and fields, as well as a few sample leads.
If you select a blank page, it will include only two system stages — Incoming and Archived — as well as the Email, Name, Phone, and Date fields.
To change the page name, open its settings and go to the Main tab.
When creating or editing a page, you can add an emoji next to its name. Click the button to the left of the name and choose an emoji.
To remove the emoji, hover over it and click the × icon.
For quick switching between pages, use the dropdown at the top or the sidebar menu.
From the sidebar, click All Pages to open the list of all pages available to your account. You can also switch between the Contacts and Tasks sections and individual pages.
The sidebar can be displayed in either expanded or collapsed view.
If the sidebar is collapsed, hovering over a page icon will display a tooltip with the page name.
The lead creation date and time are displayed in the upper-left corner of the lead card. The time is shown in the time zone of the device you are using to view the information.
Hover over the date to see the pencil icon. Click it to change the lead creation date and time. A date picker will open.
To select a month or year, use the arrows or click the current month or year and choose the required value from the list.
To change the lead creation time, click Select time. You can set the hours and minutes using the arrows or select them from the dropdown. Minutes are shown in 5-minute intervals.
By default, when a new lead is added to a page, new fields may be created if there are no matching existing fields. You can enable Do not create a new column when a new field is received in CRM. In this case, the lead will be created using only the fields that have already been added to the page.
For collaborative work in Tilda CRM, you can add collaborators.
To manage access to lists for other Tilda accounts, go to Collaborators in the sidebar.
To share a list with a manager, they need to have a Tilda account with a verified email address. The Free Plan is sufficient for collaborators.
Click Add collaborator. Enter the email address of the account you want to give access to, select the access type, and choose the required CRM lists.
You can grant access to one list, several lists, or all lists in the account.
After adding a collaborator, the Awaiting confirmation status will appear next to the list name. It will disappear once the collaborator accepts the invitation.
The collaborator will receive an access notification in their Tilda account. Once they accept the invitation, they can start working with the list.
A list you have access to as a collaborator will appear under Shared Lists in the sidebar and on the All Lists page.
You can also give a collaborator access through the list settings. Open the Collaborators tab, click Add collaborator, enter their email address, and select the access level.
If needed, you can remove a collaborator or change their access level directly in the list settings.
To view all collaborators, change their access, or remove them, go to the Collaborators section.
To remove a collaborator, click the trash icon. To change the lists they can access or their access level, click Edit.
On the access settings page, you can:
grant access to another list — click Add list;
revoke access to a list — click the trash icon next to its name;
change the access level using the dropdown;
remove the collaborator.
After adding collaborators to a list, you can assign a specific lead to one of them.
To do this, go to List Settings → Fields, click Add field, and select the Assignee system field.
To assign a lead to a collaborator, open the context menu and select Change assignee, then choose the required collaborator from those who have access to the list.
You can also assign a collaborator directly in the lead card. In the Assignee field, select the required collaborator from the dropdown.
A lead with an assignee is marked with a tag showing the collaborator’s initials.
In the Contacts section, you can use search to find a contact card by date, keyword, or the page containing the contact’s leads. Select the search parameter you need and click Find to view the results.
Using the Edit button, you can modify an order by adding or removing products or changing their quantities. A notification about the changes will appear in the online store’s Orders section.
Each stage shows the total value of all orders. You can see it in the lower-right corner in Table view or in the stage header in Kanban view.
